Echelon Golf Real Estate
Echelon

Echelon has had it's share of problems with the current real estate climate. The bank has taken over the golf course and community from the original developer, and it's been said they are running it better now. The golf course is one of the best in the area, and they paid Rees Jones quite a bit to build it. The homes that have been built are beautiful, but the biggest problem is there isn't any clubhouse currently. Also, they built a few tennis courts, but there isn't any pool or other amenities. They are competing with another new million dollar plus gated golf community close by, The Manor Golf and Country Club, that has all the amenities.
Nestled on 610 acres of wooded, rolling hills and lakes, residents might feel like they live at a secluded, private estate. Yet, the Georgia 400 area with its technology corridor, exemplary shopping, restaurants, services, and quick access to Atlanta is just minutes away.
